I can't believe how fast the year has flown by! After almost a year of collecting nail polishes, I plan on posting a countdown of my 20 favorites as the end of the year draws closer.

2009 Top 20
#20.) Lippmann Ruby Red Slippers
A black jelly with multiple sized red glitter. This is part of the 10th anniversary set from Lippmann Collection. This polish received a lot of love from many people and it isn't hard to see why. The amazing depth and 3-D quality from the glitter makes this one a truly unique nail polish. It takes approximately 4 coats to achieve this look, but it can also be layered over black for thinner layers.

I haven't worn this yet. It does look gorgeous on you. Every time I think of having to buy the whole collection I burn up. I just wanted Superstar and Lippmann made it seem like it would never be sold singly. So I spent the money. I detest Funky Chunky. Now I can find Superstar all buy it's beautiful self on Hello!Gorgeous. Plus it was on sale.
